Our Upcoming Fund Raising Activities:
As you probably know, our City and our Police Department are facing the same budgetary dilemna faced by the State of Michigan. Unfortunately some of our equipment no longer functions and needs to be replaced. Number one on our list of priorities is the in-car video systems or "dash cams". These camera systems help us document what really happens on traffic stops and in other situations. The evidence they provide is key to winning some cases, and avoiding litigation in other cases. They are also expensive, more than the Department can afford without your help. We're willing to put forth a little extra effort if it means we can buy the cameras. We hope you're willing to help us out by attending our fund raisers and contributing what you can afford.

Three Rivers Pizza Hut
Monday, June 4th, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM
Pizza Hut, 401 W. Michigan Avenue
Three Rivers, MI
  • Our Officers will be your servers and will even be cooking sime pizzas.
  • Meet our new Chief, Thomas Bringman
  • Meet Officer Tom Hicks and K-9 Officer Bedo
  • Fun, games and fingerprinting for the kids.
  • See St. Joe County's Mobile Command Center, the Police Explorer vehicles and other police cars - a virtual police car show!
  • Free gun locks will be given away.

 
Dunk-A-Cop
Monday, June 16th, from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM

  • Our Officers will be in a dunk tank in an effort to have some good, clean fun that will raise money for our equipment fund. Come out and dunk your favorite police officer!
 
Honorary Badge Club
Become an honorary badge-holder by contributing to the Honorary Badge Club. Different contribution levels get you a different honorary rank. You can get one for yourself, each of the kids or grandkids, for your Dad for Father's Day, or for Aunt Betty in Green Bay.
